1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in the "Artificial Intelligence for Engineers" bootcamp ("Bootcamp") organized by MEC Computer Club, Mymensingh Engineering College, and supported by Softsasi. By registering and participating in the Bootcamp, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Eligibility

The Bootcamp is designed for engineering students and professionals. Participants must be 18 years of age or have parental consent if younger. Participants are responsible for ensuring they meet the technical requirements for the course, including having a functional computer or laptop with internet connectivity.

3. Registration and Payment

  • Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis with limited seats.
  • Participants must complete the registration form accurately and truthfully.
  • If payment is required, it must be completed through the specified payment method before the bootcamp commences.
  • Refund policies will be communicated separately at the time of registration.

4. Code of Conduct

Participants agree to:

  • Maintain professional and respectful behavior towards instructors and fellow participants.
  • Attend sessions punctually and complete all assigned coursework.
  • Not engage in plagiarism, cheating, or any form of academic misconduct.
  • Comply with all instructions provided by the instructors and organizers.
  • Not share course materials or recordings without explicit permission.

5. Intellectual Property

All course materials, including presentations, videos, and documentation, remain the intellectual property of MEC Computer Club and Softsasi. Participants may use these materials solely for personal learning purposes. Commercial use or redistribution without prior written consent is prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

MEC Computer Club and Softsasi are not liable for any technical difficulties, internet connectivity issues, or hardware failures on the participant's end. The organizers are not responsible for any damages, losses, or consequences arising from participation in the Bootcamp.

7. Modification of Terms

MEC Computer Club and Softsasi reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Participants will be notified of any significant changes via email or the course portal.

8. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved amicably through discussion. If resolution is not possible, the dispute shall be governed by the laws of Bangladesh.
